Unity CRM Connector now supports the Zen Desk helpdesk and contact management platform. This cloud-based ticket management system is widely deployed and is our most requested integration. As with other supported CRM platforms, functionality available includes:
Click-to-dial – Open a new call from within Zen Desk in any browser
Inbound screen pop – Retrieve and pop tickets associated with the incoming CLI
Profile calls in queue – Display Zen Desk contacts that are currently queue into the calls centre
Automatic call log – Set Unity to add an entry in Zend Desk of the call and include and details entered by the user from within Unity
Zen Desk “Team” subscription and up are supported as these include the Zen Desk third party API
