Unity Mobile uses the native dialer and BroadWorks Anywhere service to extend the BroadSoft business calling experience to Android and Apple mobiles.
The user can Hold/Resume, Conference and Transfer using BroadSoft call control from within the Unity Mobile app.
All existing users will upgrade to Release 2.0 in late April.
Enhancements in Release 2.0
- Updated UI with presence and active call window
- Push notifications to identify an incoming call to the BroadSoft extension
- “Show Call” option to toggle a live BroadSoft call
